Kim Bright is the founder of R Cabinet Studio and a seasoned home renovator with a passion for transforming spaces. Originally from Ohio, Kim made the move from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville over eight years ago with a clear vision: to build a comprehensive, one-stop destination for cabinetry, design, concierge, and real estate services. That vision came to life with the creation of R Cabinet Studio, which has since evolved from a small cabinetry shop into a multifaceted company offering a wide range of services to meet clients’ home and lifestyle needs.
With a keen eye for design and a knack for uncovering unique properties, Kim takes a hands-on approach—guiding her clients not just through real estate transactions, but through every detail of home design and renovation. Her latest venture, R Home, is an innovative online platform designed to simplify the renovation and design process for clients near and far.
Kim lives in Atlantic Beach with her husband and daughter. Deeply rooted in her community, she is active in charitable organizations and her church. When she’s not working, you’ll find her running, cooking, skiing, practicing yoga, or planning her next travel adventure.
Jaime Spencer is a Charlotte native who now proudly calls Jacksonville home. With a lifelong passion for design, Jaime found her true calling not just in real estate, but in transforming houses into homes that reflect each client’s unique style and story.
With over 20 years of experience in virtual design, interior staging, property flipping, and kitchen and bath design, Jaime brings both creativity and strategic insight to every project. Known for her attention to detail and innovative thinking, she has helped hundreds of clients bring their spaces to life—on time and within budget.
Jaime lives in Jacksonville with her husband, their son, and a beloved senior pup. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her enjoying peaceful mornings at the beach, painting abstract and portrait art, traveling, or hosting gatherings for family and friends.
